We provide tax filing, NTN registration, filer support, GST and business registration help, and related compliance services in Pakistan. Scope, timelines, and fees are confirmed based on your case and the information you provide.

You must be 18 or older to use our services. If you act for a business or another person, you confirm you have authority to do so.

You agree to:

• Give us complete and accurate information and documents on time.
• Review drafts or filings we prepare before final submission.
• Tell us promptly about changes that may affect your matter.
• Use our portal lawfully and keep any access details confidential.

Delays caused by missing or incorrect information may affect timelines and may lead to extra charges.

We share fees before work begins unless otherwise agreed. You agree to pay all applicable charges and third-party costs. Unless we state otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work has started or a filing has been submitted. We may pause services if payment is overdue.

We provide tax and compliance support based on the information you give us and the law as it stands at the time. We are not a law firm unless we agree otherwise in writing, and we are not affiliated with FBR or any government authority.

We cannot guarantee refunds, filer status outcomes, penalty relief, or acceptance of any return or application. Official decisions remain with the relevant authority.

We treat client information as confidential and use it as described in our Privacy Policy. Website content belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, penalties from authorities, or issues caused by inaccurate information you provide. Our liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for that specific matter in the three months before the event.

We may suspend or stop providing services if these terms are broken, payment is overdue, or false information is provided. You may stop using our services at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be handled under Pakistani jurisdiction where required.

We may update these terms by posting changes on this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
